CBM Exam Eligibility Requirements

An individual is eligible to take the CBM Exam if he meets one of the two following criteria:

* Holds an undergraduate/bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or international equivalent and a minimum of four years full-time work experience
* Holds a graduate/master's degree or higher from an accredited college or university or international equivalent and a minimum of three years full-time work experience

Individuals who do not have an undergraduate degree, are in the process of earning an undergraduate degree, or have an associates degree are not eligible to take the CBM Exam. We suggest that these individuals pursue the CABM Exam.

Please note that the above eligibility requirements adhere to the current CBM Exams.

As of January 1, 2009, all new CBM Exam registrants will have to adhere to the new eligibility requirements, which can be viewed by clicking here.
