Best Practices in Business Management

One of the requirements of a professional organization, such as the APBM, is to conduct research in its field to further the profession’s depth, breadth, and applicability to its members and to bring awareness to the other stakeholders. APBM has developed its landmark and legendary research book entitled Corporate Management, Governance, and Ethics Best Practices, which was published by John Wiley & Sons, Inc. in January 2008. APBM’s goal is to invite CABMs and CBMs to participate in this research project on an ongoing basis starting from the second edition in order to make the book practical and useful to business practitioners worldwide. This book is available to APBM members at a discount price.

Need Research Participants for the Second Edition

APBM is planning to establish a permanent research committee comprising a maximum of twelve experienced CABM and CBM volunteers worldwide that are interested in actively conducting research work and providing meaningful input to update the first edition and subsequent editions. The committee should have at least one CABM or CBM representing each continent of the world. Please send us a letter first describing your interest, education, and experience to become an active member of the APBM research committee to info@apbm.org by December 31, 2008.
