Certified Supervisor / ACT
In 2011, we began a relationship with the Workforce Division of ACT, the organization that sponsors the ACT Exam. The Workforce Division asked us to help them develop a professional certification geared towards first-line supervisors. The scope of the Certified Supervisor is narrower than our CABM Credential, since it is geared towards at a more entry-level supervisory employee.

The scope of the software includes four major Learning Modules, 37 Learning Objectives, and approximately 2,000 multiple-choice questions for practice. The four learning modules include the following:

Certified Retailer
The mission and vision for the Certified Retailer Program is to professionalize the retail management field through its own credential. It is targeted at retail store employees, field managers, and the consumer products industry. The scope of the software includes 10 major Learning Modules, 100 Learning Objectives, and approximately 3,000 multiple-choice questions divided between the software, assessments, and the certification exam. The ten learning modules include the following:

The mission and vision for the Certified Board Director is to bring professionalism to corporate boards and to uplevel the knowledge of corporate directors in the area of corporate governance as applied through the various business functions. The scope of the software includes 15 major Learning Modules, 120 Learning Objectives, and approximately 2,000 multiple-choice questions divided between the software, assessments, and the certification exam. Ethics IQ / Oath Project
The mission and vision for the Ethics Intelligence Quotient (Ethics IQ) online course is to define best principles and practices for business ethics. The purpose of the Ethics IQ is to educate, train, and develop business community and others, including corporate board of directors, officers, executives, managers, supervisors, and employees using a framework consisting of nine overarching ethical principles., as defined by the case study Harvard Business School: A Hippocratic Oath for Managers. The software consists of the above nine ethical principles expanded to 43 learning objective statements and contains approximately 1,000 multiple-choice questions for practice assessments.
